30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) all patients were hospitalized and underwent fibrocolonoscopy; (2) pathological diagnosis of adenocarcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma; (3) preoperative cTNM clinical staging was performed; (4) all colorectal cancer patients received surgical treatment; (5) pTNM staging was performed postoperatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) familial adenomatous polyposis; (2) Lynch syndrome; (3) anal and perianal carcinoma; (4) patients with colorectal cancer complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and multiple organ failure; (5) recurrence of colorectal cancer; (6) with smoking or drinking habits; (7) with history of antibiotic use in the past 3 months.
