18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cardiac function NYHA class II-III; echocardiography showed left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF>35%); left ventricular end-diastolic diameter <80 mm; signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients 70 years old; carotid stenosis >50% or plaques; secondary surgery and emergency surgery; cardiac function NYHA classification in VI-V; atrial fibrillation patients.
