Interventions

Acupuncture group:Acupuncture for 4 weeks

Control group:Blank, waiting for one month, after then start COH cycle

37 Years to 43 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The elderly female patients aged 37-43 years old; 2. meeting the diagnostic criteria of infertility: both husband and wife have normal sexual life and have not been pregnant for one year without contraception; 3. patients with low ovarian response; 4. sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. caused by local ovarian surgery; 2. patients with tumor whose ovarian function is decreased due to radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. decreased ovarian function caused by taking hormones, immunosuppressive drugs, etc.; 4. patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular system, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
