18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged 18 to 65 years; ? First-ever and 1-12months from SCI; ? Diagnosis of cervical SCI by doctor or radiologic evidence injury level between C2 and C8 as defined by the International Standards for the Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury; ? Hand muscle strength 0-3 and shoulder strength >2; ? Muscle tone of hand and upper limb modified Ashworth scale =2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Brain injury; ? With hand or upper limb fracture; ? Severe upper extremity contractures in the joints; ? Shoulder and hand pain VAS>5?.
