2:lung recruitment maneuver every 30 minutes after intubation
3:lung recruitment maneuver every 60 minutes after intubation

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? aged 18-65 years; ?the total mechanical ventilation time was expected more 3 hours but less than 6 hours laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery; ?ASA (I-II); ?18.5<BMI<28; ?patients agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients with pulmonary or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; ? patients with other severe brain, heart, lung, liver, kidney disease; ? mechanical ventilation time is less than 3 hours or more than 6 hours.
