Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged = 18 and <85 years; 2) Meet AP diagnostic criteria; 3) Acute pancreatitis onset = 7 days; 4) CT diagnoses pancreatic necrosis and/or mixed necrosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnant or lactating women; 2) any part of vascular thrombosis before enrollment; 3) severe active bleeding; 4) indications for emergency laparotomy: such as peritoneal organ perforation, abdominal cavity syndrome that is difficult to correct with conservative treatment; 5) those who are allergic to heparin; 6) refusing to sign the informed consent.
