18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-65 years old; 2. tuberculosis patients with positive or rapid diagnosis of sputum smear or negative sputum negative but with clear imaging features of pulmonary tuberculosis; 3. informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy; 2. Has begun to receive anti-tuberculosis treatment before inclusion; 3. Confirmed gastrointestinal disease; 4. Severe liver and kidney disease; 5. More than 1 week of antibiotics, probiotic treatment and other medications that may affect the intestinal flora within 8 weeks prior to sampling.
