High risk group 1:New quadruple therapy (PPI, bismuth, tetracycline and furazolidone)
High risk group 2:Classic first-line therapy (PPI, bismuth, amoxicillin and clarithromycin)
Low risk group:no intervention

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18 to 85 years, male or female;(2) positive for Hp infection was confirmed by 13C urea breath test;(3) those who have undergone gastroscopy examination;(4) agreed to participate in this study and conduct Hp eradication, endoscopic and pathological examinations and follow-up, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those who have received successful Hp eradication therapy; (2) pregnant and lactating patients; (3) patients have other severe diseases that may affect the results of this study, such as severe liver disease, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, etc.
