Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: Children aged 4-7 years with autism spectrum disorders diagnosed by the municipal level top tertiary hospital, ASD diagnosis according to DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5th Edition). Control group: normal children aged 4-7 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other neurodevelopmental disorders or mental illnesses; (2) Patients with any serious clinical symptoms; (3) anemia, brain malformation, metabolic diseases, epilepsy, and esophageal reflux, food allergy, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, etc.; (4) Used antifungal, antibiotic, psychotropic drugs within 3 months; (5) Special diet (high-protein diet, ketogenic diet, gluten-free diet, no casein diet) vitamins or other alternative therapies; (6) Regular aerobic exercise; (7) Exercise contraindications.
