Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Renal tissue specimen (1) Inclusion criteria of the case group: 1) CKD patients who were clinically diagnosed as needing renal tissue puncture (CKD was diagnosed by MDRD method or dual renal nuclide scan); 2) aged 18-75 years; 3) sign informed consent. (2) inclusion criteria of the control group: 1) patients requiring nephrectomy; 2) aged 18-75 years; 3) sign informed consent. 2.Stool and blood specimens (1)Inclusion criteria of the case group: 1) patients with chronic renal failure (CKD) 5): a variety of reasons cause kidney structure or dysfunction of 3 months or more, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) < 15 ml/min (1.73 ?); 2) peritoneal dialysis time 1 year; Or hemodialysis time 1 year; Or non-dialysis CKD stage 5 patients. (2) inclusion criteria of the control group 1) healthy, no chronic disease; 2) aged 18-75 years; 3) sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Renal tissue specimen (1) the exclusion criteria for the case group: 1)patients with a significant bleeding tendency or who are on anticoagulant therapy. 2) hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients. 3) severe anemia, hemoglobin less than 8g/dl. 4) low blood volume. 5) isolated kidney.6) kidney tumor, renal tuberculosis, renal abscess, hydronephrosis, pyosis or renal abscess, and various causes of acute renal infection, renal aneurysm or polycystic kidney. 7) severe hypertension, and poor blood pressure control. 8) kidney atrophy, the thickness of the kidney cortex is less than 1cm, some claims less than 0.5cm. 9) for those whose systemic conditions were not allowed, such as pregnancy, massive ascites, obesity, weakness, mental disorders and inability to cooperate. Withdrawal criteria: subject withdraws informed consent voluntarily. (2) the exclusion criteria for the control group were: 1) chronic kidney disease or other systemic diseases involving the kidney and 2) infectious diseases. Withdrawal criteria: subject withdraws informed consent voluntarily. 2. Stool and blood specimens (1) exclusion criteria for case group: 1) receive corticosteroids or other hormones and antibiotics; 2) diarrhea; 3) tumor; 4) pregnancy; 5) lactation; 6) patients with coronary syndrome, heart failure, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident or other obvious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within 6 months shall be excluded. (2) The exclusion criteria for the control group : 1) receiving corticosteroids or other hormones and antibiotics; 2) diarrhea; 3) tumor; 4) pregnancy; 5) lactation. Withdrawal criteria: subject withdraws informed consent voluntarily.
