Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mainly including age between 60 and 79 years old and BMI = 24.0; 2. Life, work, and activity areas are in Jinan, Hefei, Taiyuan, Nanchang, and Guangzhou; 3. Currently not participating in any activities related to weight management; 4. The subjects are not currently pregnant, breastfeeding, and pregnant during pregnancy; 5. There are smartphones that will be used, good communication, and management.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with cognitive impairment, schizophrenia, or depression; 2. Applicants with medical electronic equipment such as pacemakers in their bodies; 3. Have a walking obstacle; 4. alcoholism; 5. Those who are unwilling to change their lifestyle.
