14 Years to 76 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with distal clavicular fracture or acromioclavicular dislocation; 2. Patients underwent ORIF with SYNTHES 3.5 mm Clavicular hook Dynamic Compression Plate, DCP or Locking Compression Plate, LCP; 3. Follow up=3 months with adequate Clinical information and X-ray.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sternoclavicular dislocation; 2. Patients with scapular fracture; 3. acromioclavicular joint fixed with K-wire; 4. Follow up<3 months or inadequate Clinical information.
