Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand and voluntarily endorse informed consent; 2. The diagnose is aortic dissection,and artificial blood vessel replacement should be performed under extracorporeal circulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have any objections to this trial; 2. moderate anemia before surgery, Hb<90g/l; 3. A history of heart surgery.
