Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 2) Aged 18 to 75 years, gender is not limited; 3) All patients underwent selective coronary angiography. All patients underwent selective coronary angiography. If any coronary artery stenosis was greater than or equal to 50 percent coronary artery stenosis and excluding from coronary spasm, it was included in the experimental group. If any coronary artery stenosis degree < 50 percent, then the control group. 4) The basic information such as age and height of the patient at admission is complete, the medical history is detailed, and the clinical data is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Congenital heart disease; 2) Severe valvular heart disease; 3) A large amount of pericardial effusion or cardiac tamponade; 4) Type 1 diabetes; 5) Long-term oral hypoglycemic agents and/or insulin injections in type 2 diabetes; 6) Malignant tumors (solid tumors or hematological tumors) and postoperative malignant tumors; 7) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (transaminase > normal 3 times or more, eGFR <30 ml / min / 1.73 m2 or serum creatinine = 2.5 mg / dl); 8) Severe systemic infection, autoimmune diseases, pancreas and thyroid diseases, cachexia, pregnant women; 9) Complicated with peripheral macroangiopathy; 10) The ultrasound image shows poor; 11) Patients who are not voluntarily enrolled and mentally ill.
