18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With or without a clear history of stroke; 2. The incidence of cognitive impairment is relatively slow; 3, imaging shows multiple lacunar infarction or extensive white matter lesions, or both coexist; 4. MMSE score < 20 points or MoCA score < 26 points; 5, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score <10 points; 6. Understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of anxiety, depression or other psychiatric history; 2. The patient did not report a history of anxiety, depression, or other mental illness, but was diagnosed by the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HA-MA) and the Hamilton Depression Scale (HRSD-17); 3. A history of clear non-vascular cognitive dysfunction; 4, Severe aphasia, can not cooperate with psychological measurers; 5, Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, can not complete the psychological measurement; 6. Those who do not cooperate; 7. Have participated in other clinical trials within 30 days prior to the date of informed consent, or are participating in other clinical trials.
