Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I ~ III; 2. Patients aged 19~75 years; 3. Patients undergoing lung cancer resection with single lung ventilation; 4. Patients with with cardiac function grade I ~ II assessed by electrocardiogram, echocardiography; 5. Food or semi-liquid intake is acceptable;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative FEV1/FVC<50%; 2. Contraindication of PEEP: intracranial hypertension, bronchopleural fistula, hypoxic shock, right ventricular failure; 3. Involving drug allergy; 4. Patients with serious liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases; 5. Patients with serious complications such as pulmonary infection, atelectasis, emphysema, pulmonary heart disease and pleurisy; 6. Previous major chest surgery history or chemotherapy history.
