Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Coronary atherosclerosis patients diagnosed in the outpatient and ward were included, meeting the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease in the United States in 2006 (20 cases in the negative control group, and 100 cases in each of the other three positive groups). The patients were divided into four groups according to the following diagnostic criteria: 1. Negative control group of coronary atherosclerosis: patients with a history of chest pain, no abnormalities were found in physical examination, electrocardiogram and stress test, cardiac ultrasound, CAG and other examinations; 2. Asymptomatic coronary heart disease: no history of chest pain, positive findings were found by stress test, cardiac ultrasound, CAG and other tests; 3. Stable angina pectoris (SAP) group, with no changes within 2 months, positive exercise test, CAG diagnosis of coronary heart disease; 4. Acute coronary syndrome: acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris are included: (1) unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group was diagnosed with coronary heart disease with the following conditions:Severe incipient angina or worsening angina pectoris; (2) angina attack, the ecg showed a short ischemic ST segment changes, after the attack in remission, ST segment changes quickly returned to normal or close to normal; (3) myocardial troponin T(cTnT) negative, angina pectoris was excluded after infarction; (4) in the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group, according to clinical symptoms, ecg changes and dynamic evolution, simple right ventricular infarction was excluded, and CAG was diagnosed as coronary heart disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with cerebral apoplexy and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (2) myocardial infarction in the previous 6 months; (3) patients with precordial pain for more than 12h upon admission; (4) Exclude patients with severe infectious diseases and autoimmune diseases, and apply anti-inflammatory drugs such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids and opioids; (5) Accompanied by allergic diseases such as asthma and allergy; Pregnancy and lactation; (6) Accompanied by other serious systemic diseases, such as malignant tumor, hepatitis, diabetes, etc.
