Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. invasive squamous cell carcinoma with recurrence or multiple high-grade non muscle invasive bladder cancer, which is consistent with radical cystectomy; 2. male and female, aged between 18-75 years; 3. the function of sphincter of urethra was good before operation; 4. preoperative determination of intra-abdominal pressure was greater than 60cmH2O; 5. ASA I-III, the KPS score =70, ZPS grade 0-2; 6. participants volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have been systemic chemotherapy, abdominal or pelvic radiotherapy; 2. Merger with other malignancies; 3. Needs simultaneous renal, ureteral resection and / or urethral resection; 4. Can not rule out the possibility of prostate cancer; 5. Tumor invasion of surrounding tissue or distant metastasis, urethra, bladder trigone visible tumor; 6. suffering from short bowel syndrome, intestinal inflammatory bowel disease and other intestinal diseases; 7. suffering from diaphragmatic hernia, abdominal hernia, abdominal wall muscle relaxation, pelvic floor muscle relaxation, uterine prolapse, etc. affect the abdominal pressure of the lesion; 8. former urethral stricture; 9. Stress urinary incontinence or who have bladder neck suspension surgery; 10. Serious heart, liver and kidney damage (heart function 3 to 4, ALT and / or AST more than three times the upper limit of normal, alkaline phosphatase exceeded the upper limit of normal, Cr exceeds the upper limit of normal) 11. Participate in other clinical trials within three months.
