Silicone oil removal group:Simply remove the silicone oil
Silicone oil remove combined with phacoemulsification for cataract:Silicone oil remove combined with cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) for patients with silicon-oil eye, the cornea was examined under the slit lamp, without obvious corneal edema, and the corrected visual acuity was >0.1; 2) patients with fixation function without amblyopia can be examined with OCTA examination and Itrce examination; 3) fundus examination showed good retinal adhesion without obvious retinal stretch and proliferation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) secondary glaucoma; 2) severe complicated cataract; 3) perform scleral pad compression at the same time before; 4) corrected vision <0.1; 5) retinal detachment occurred again during observation.
