Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically confirmed invasive breast cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ; 2. TNM stage of I or II, or clinical stage of I~II after neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 3. The distance from tumor edge to nipple =2 cm according to preoperative evaluation and receives nipple-sparing mastectomy; 4. The distance from tumor edge to nipple was 1-1.9cm according to preoperative evaluation and apply a circular incision to remove the nipple and partially the peri-areolar skin after nipple-sparing mastectomy; 5. Breast volume = 280 ml on the healthy side, and without significant sag; 6. The patients have high requirements for postoperative appearance of the breast, fully understand the procedure of such surgical reconstruction and have a strong desire it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The skin or pectoralis major was involved; 2. The surface of the mass is marked with dimples; 3. Cancer-related nipple retraction or skew; 4. The intraoperative frozen section of adipose tissue on the tumor surface suggests residual cancer.
