30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) previous history of surgical treatment of disc herniation; (2) CT or MRI examination: postoperative changes of lumbar intervertebral disc; (3) lumbago repeated attacks for more than 2 years; (4) the age is between 30 and 65 years old; (5) voluntarily join the test and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) accompanied by lumbar spondylolisthesis, spinal tuberculosis, compression fracture, spinal tumor; (2) have systemic collagen immune disease and other acute, chronic infection and at the same time the application of glucocorticoid hormone class may affect the results of drug judgment; (3) in the test, the condition continued to aggravate or serious complications.
