18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteer t participate in the study and sign the ICF; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Weight = 40kg and = 100kg, while BMI = 18kg / m2; 4. Patients diagnosed with acute lower respiratory tract infections who need to be admitted and receive intravenous antibacterial drugs, and their personal assistant. 5. The individuals without serious medical conditions involving the heart, lungs, brain, liver, kidney, and blood system; 6. Life expectancy is not less than 1 year; 7. The objects with a stable personal life assistant during hospitalization, which also agree to be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pneumonia which needs invasive mechanical ventilation or is with septic shock; 2. PFR is less than 300 mmHg, unless the situation is caused by the major airway obstruction with sputum which can be improved by suction; 3. Patients who have stayed in health care centers for a long time; or patients hospitalized for other reasons within 14 days prior to enrollment; 4. Women who are planning to pregnancy, lactation, pregnancy; 5. Received antibiotics prior to admission; 6. Patients with hemoptysis during the current medical episode; 7. Patients and personal life assistants who have one of the following conditions: (1) confirmed or suspected active tuberculosis; (2) bronchial asthma and other allergic conditions; (3) immunocompromised individuals, including acquired immunodeficiency Syndrome, long-term use of immunosuppressive agents, connective tissue disease, hematological malignancies; (4) patients with malignant tumors with solid organs.
