Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient had at least two semen routine examinations in our hospital, and the results were consistent. 1 Male, aged 26 to 44 years, with normal expression of refined berry sugar and neutral -glucosidase; 2 Leukocyte in semen < 1x10^6/ml; 3 Anti-sperm antibody test was negative; 4 Light smoking: smoking index (smoking frequency x years) < 50.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Infertility caused by pathological factors: the non - inflammatory sexual function, infection of accessory gonads,etc.; 2 With a history of hypertension, cardiovascular disease or metabolic disease; history of HIV/AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis b and other infectious diseases, long-term heavy drinking and toxic contact history; 3 Varicocele, urinary and reproductive system inflammation; 4 Genital tract infection (chlamydia trachomatis, neisseria gonorrhoeae, ureaplasma urealyticum tested negative).
