1:paracetamol plus celecoxib

2:paracetamol plus matched placebo

3:celecoxib plus matched placebo

4:half paracetamol and celecoxib

5:Periarticular injection of cocktail plus placebo

6:femoral nerve block plus placebo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip and Knee osteoarthritis diagnosis standard; 2. Development displasia hip crown II, III, IV; 3. Knee osteoarthritis diagnosis standard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Revision TKA,THA; (2) always clear allergy or intolerance of analgesia solutions within a certain drugs; (3) rely on the use of opioid analgesic drugs; (4) the liver and kidney function is not complete; (5) other inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis; (6) hip or knee infection or suspected infection.
