18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. With a primary diagnosis of colorectal cancer; 3. Physical status class I-III based on the ASA classification; 4. Open colorectal cancer resection is planned and used a Lower abdominal incision; 5. The patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, pregnant women and minors; 2. Patients who have recently taken aspirin or heparin drugs and received anticoagulation therapy; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Spinal disease, Spinal deformity or injury; 5. anemia, abdominal surgery history, organ failure, skin infection in the block area; 6. poor education level, language barrier or neurological disorder who cannot cooperate with the test; 7. Chronic opioid use; 8. Allergy to narcotic drugs; 9. BMI>35kg/m2; 10. Patients who participated in other trials within the last 2 months; 11. The researchers considered that patients should not be included in this study.
