Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The newly diagnosed patients of acute promyelocytic leukemia according to the 2016 revision to the World Health Organization (WHO) classification of myeloid neoplasms and acute leukemia; 2) Aged > 15 years old; 3) Patients with informed consent. [APL diagnostic criteria]: Bone marrow: Cell morphology is AML-M3 (FAB typing) + chromosome t (15:17) or PML/RARa positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients refused to be treated with realgar indigo formula plus retinoic acid; 2) Patients without informed consent.
