18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed by hysteroscopy with median to severe intrauterine adhesion (AFS score =5); 2. Age 18 to 40 years; 3. With fertile desire in future;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute bacterial infection within 1 month, treated with antibiotics; 2. History of reproductive tract surgery within 3 months; 3. History of lower genital tract medication or irrigation within 1 month; 4. With estrogen and progesterone medication contraindications; 5. Gynecologic oncology, coagulopathy, tuberculosis, diabetes; 6. Uterine septum or other uterine malformations.
