Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-75 years; ASA I-III grade; Initial cancer patients without anti-cancer therapy such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy; Preoperative platelet count, neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes reflect normal baseline values; Postoperative pathology confirmed cancer, no distant metastasis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative renal, brain, cardiopulmonary dysfunction; Preoperative moderate to severe anemia (hemoglobin < 90g/L); Preoperative infectious diseases or other systemic inflammation; Combined with other bone marrow, blood or autoimmune diseases, multiple tumors; Has a history of malignant tumors or combined with concurrent malignant tumors; Patients requiring reoperation within one week after the first operation due to postoperative complications; Patients with unresected tumors due to infiltration of tumor cells into surrounding tissues; Palliative surgical treatment; Other non-primary diseases patients with malignant tumors who underwent resection of the site; Patients who received hospitalization before the first chemotherapy due to complications after surgery.
