18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged above 18 years; 2. the stones for a single calyces casting or casting kidney stones, kidney stones stones are larger than 2 cm in diameter, mild-to-moderate water; 3. normal renal function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA score III level and above; 2. A severe infection or renal deposition, uncontrolled urinary tract infection; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. An uncorrected hemorrhagic disease in the body; 5. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, and tuberculosis; 6. The difficulty of bending and bending in the spine; 7. There are abnormal structures such as the internal type of renal pelvis, renal ptosis, horseshoe kidney, repetitive kidney, heterotopic kidney, and rotator; 8. Patients with urinary tract, kidney tumor, and kidney transplant history; 9. Diseased side ureteral stricture, UPJ stricture; 10. There is a history of renal open surgery.
