Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Plaque psoriasis patients with metabolic syndrome were clinically or pathologically diagnosed as moderate to severe (PASI score > 5); 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. Accept standard comprehensive psoriasis treatment in our ward; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received glucocorticoid, immunosuppressive system therapy and other phototherapy within 3 months; 2. Preparetion of glucocorticoids, vitamin D derivatives and retinoic acid were used within and 2 weeks; 3. History of ultraviolet allergy and history of oral use of photosensitizers; 4. Symptoms and signs of joint pain, swelling, deformity, and limited movement; 5. Participating in other clinical studies; 6. Using other psoriasis treatment during the study period; 7. Using insulin sensitization therapy before participating in this study; 8. Women recently having family planning,pregnant or lactating.
