Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) in line with the diagnostic criteria for cerebral apoplexy formulated by the fourth national conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995, head CT and MRI suggested brain tissue injury on one side, and the clinical manifestations were unilateral limb paralysis; (2) the first disease, the course of disease within 1 year; (3) clinical condition is stable; (4) MRI scan of the upper limb ruled out the possibility of fracture; Muscle injury was ruled out by creatine kinase and alkaline phosphatase test. (5) of upper limb muscle spasm, the modified Ashworth scale (modified Ashworth scale, MAS) score above ? level, without muscle contracture; (6) all patients have informed consent to treatment related conditions, and approved by the hospital ethics committee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have received botox, anhydrous alcohol injection, surgery or oral antispasmodic drugs for muscle spasm treatment measures; (2) peripheral nerve injury exists in the upper limbs; (3) unclear consciousness, there are serious cognitive impairment; (4) have a history of tumor and rheumatic diseases; (5) coagulation dysfunction and thrombosis.
