Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with trigeminal neuralgia; aged 18-90 years; ASA grade: grade I-III; preoperative heart rate greater than 50, blood oxygen saturation greater than 95.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulation dysfunction; severe sinus bradycardia, atropine test (-); glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy and other anticholinergic use contraindication history; history of bronchial asthma; preoperative severe cardiovascular history, can not tolerate blood pressure fluctuations.
