Eligibility

18 Years to 37 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Married women, aged older than 18 years and younger than 37 years; 2) Transvaginal ultrasound assessment of normal uterine cavity morphology; 3) Failure of embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI/FET) with 2 or more consecutive cycles, or failure to accumulate =4 cleavage stage embryos or 2 blastocysts; 4) Frozen embryo transfer, or who are undergoing further IVF/ICSI cycles (fresh cycle).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have received acupuncture treatment or oral Chinese medicine in the past 3 months; 2) Accepting eggs; 3) There are hysteroscopy within 2 months; 4) Ultrasound diagnosis of uterine submucosal fibroids, or uterine fibroids in the uterine wall to distort the uterine cavity; 5) Untreated patients with tubal effusion; 6) The body mass index (BMI) is higher than 30 kg/m; 7) Combined with hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, poor control of thyroid hormone levels in the past 3 months; 8) A history of pituitary tumors, currently associated with hyperprolactinemia; 9) Definitively diagnosed autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, antiphospholipid syndrome, or the use of low molecular weight heparin, aspirin, immunosuppressive agents, etc.; 10) Atosiban is used in the transplant cycle; 11) Those who do not agree to sign the informed consent of this study.
