Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged > 18 years, postherpetic pain time within 0-12 months, has received medication or other treatment can not relieve pain, and NRS is greater than 4 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients cannot cooperate with the operator, patients with mental illness, patients with other chronic pain or malignant tumors, patients with coagulopathy, patients with spinal space-occupying lesions.
