Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study is going to conduct in the 5 towns (communities) in Luoding City, west Guangdong Province. All the diabetes patients live in the study areas for 3 months and above, aged 12 years and above are the study subjects. The recruiting criteria: 1. All the DM patients over 12 years old and live in the study areas for 6 months and above; 2. Consent to participate. 3. Being able to communicate properly and cooperate the examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: DM patients who are too ill to communicate and cooperate the examination.
