Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first unilateral THA was implanted on the same side with the same design and type of uncemented prosthesis; 2. Ankylosing spondylitis, and only unilateral hip involvement; 3. Informed consent; 4. Signed the informed consent form for surgery and the agreement to participate in clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe medical comorbidities; 2. History of hip infection; 3. Other joints on the same side; 4. Or neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that adversely affect gait or weight.
