Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged =18 years; ? Last known well (without neurological symptoms)>4.5hours of treatment initiation. Measurable disabling; neurological deficit (defined as an impairment of one or more of the following: language, motor function, cognition, gaze, vision, neglect); ? Head CT/MRI suggests no intracranial hemorrhage; ? Treatment can be started within 4.5 hours of symptom recognition; ? Written informed consent by patient or proxy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The investigator regard as inappropriate to enrollment; ? The patient can not accomplish CT/MRI test.
