Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers and volunteers with sleep disorders included the criteria: (1) Previous health, no diabetes; (2) Aged 18-55 years old male and female; (3) Han nationality, right Hand; (4) subject or guardian signed informed consent. 2. Diabetes population: (1) The duration of diabetes is more than 6 months, and the diagnosis is clear before the standard treatment; (2) aged 18-55 years old male and female; (3) Han people, right Hand; (4) the subject or guardian signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug-induced secondary sleep disorders; severe brain organic diseases and other serious physical diseases; history of neurological diseases (such as epilepsy, cerebrovascular accidents, etc.); medication was used to treat sleep disorders; long-term heavy drinking or smoking history; lactating / pregnant women; implanted heart patients with magnetic resonance contraindications such as pacemakers or other metal implants; patients with spatial claustrophobia.
