Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spinal diseases and complex fractures over 20 years old; 2. Those who can cooperate with CT scans of limbs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete limbs; 2. Simultaneous fractures of the same site on both sides; 3. Asymmetry of limbs on both sides; 4. Congenital malformations; 5. Unable to cooperate with examination and operation; 6. Tumors and Old fractures in the fracture area; 7. With anesthesia or/and surgical contraindications.
