Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Body mass index (BMI) is consistent; (2) Normal fecal routine and occult blood test; (3) Eating habits are similar and the daily intake of main nutrients is similar;(4) Students sign informed consent and agree to participate in the research object.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from gastrointestinal diseases or other lung diseases or opportunistic infection; (2) Students with severe liver and kidney diseases and other major diseases; (3) Students with diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia and other metabolic syndrome; (4) Nearly 4 weeks to take antibiotics or sedatives or sleeping pills.
