Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged over 18 years; Patients with sudden deafness were diagnosed without BPPV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of BPPV; Patients with vertigo due to central disease; Due to central or mental diseases, they could not cooperate with the examination or follow-up investigation.
