Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The ICU survivors of our hospital or one of their immediate family members from July 2019 to June 2020 will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: will be excluded the survivors or family members of ICU discharged from our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 who do not cooperate with follow-up to collect information.
