Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus, and no damage to target organs was found; 2. Age between 18 and 65 years(including 18 and 65 years old), male or female, no allergic history; 3. Taking alimentary control and exercise without treatment by any drug or with metformin only; 4. Blood glucose: fasting blood glucose among 6mmol/L and 11.1mmol/L, and/or postprandial blood glucose among 8mmol/L and 13.1mmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 2. Patients with reproductive needs or breastfeeding; 3. Patients with a history of abnormal thyroid function, hepatic and renal insufficiency or failure; 4. Anemia patients; 5. Patients with deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
