Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selective thoracoscope lung cancer radical, all patients were diagnosed by preoperative biopsy for lung cancer, surgical excision combined with imaging examination in accordance with indications, ASA II to III level, aged 65 years and above, no serious cardiovascular system diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with infection at the puncture site, coagulation dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, allergy to local anesthetics of amides, peripheral neuropathy, preoperative radiation and chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and biotherapy.
