Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-45 years; 2. IVF or ICSI; 3. Depositing 1-2 embryos available for transfer; 4. implantation failure =2 times.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infertility for 10 years; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities from either couples; 3. Hydrosalpinx; 4. Uterine malformation; 5. Dysimmunity; 6. History of tuberculosis; 7. Endocrine disorder that may affect pregnancy; 8. Submucosal myoma; 9. History of endometrial dysplasia.
