20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade I-III; (2) aged 20-70 years; (3) primary diagnosis as pulmonary nodule, preparation for unilateral thoracoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) coagulation dysfunction; (2) severe spinal deformity or suspected ultrasound anatomical abnormality; (3) local anesthetic hypersensitivity; (4) pulmonary surgery history; (5) plane of the block side did not reach T3-T6 after 30 min of block.
