Age
30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Osteoarthritis of the hip; 2.Femoral head necrosis(Ficat classification III~IV); 3.Developmental displasia of hip with osteoarthritis; 4.Primary total hip arthroplasty; 5.BMI<35kg/m2; 6.With willingness of comply with the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe medical issues who can not tolerate general anesthesia; 2.Prior hip infections or surgery; 3.Patients undergone with hemiarthroplasties; 4.Patients with Obvious osteoporosis.
