Group 1:Maintain tracheal catheter cuff pressure at 30cmH2O
Group 2 :Maintain tracheal catheter cuff pressure at 30cmH2O,and compound lidocaine cream was applied on the tracheal catheter cuff 5min before intubation
Group 3:Maintain tracheal catheter cuff pressure at 40cmH2O
Group 4:Maintain tracheal catheter cuff pressure at 30cmH2O,and compound lidocaine cream was applied on the tracheal catheter cuff 5min before intubation

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years, ASA grade I-II, underwent tracheal intubation and general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Amide local anesthetic allergy; 2. History of chronic pharyngitis, gastroesophageal reflux; 3. Sore throat, sonar, respiratory infection, oral ulcers in the past week; 4. Congenital or acquired upper respiratory tract abnormalities; 5. Otolaryngology Surgery or neck surgery or history of surgery; 6. Coagulation dysfunction; 7. History of intubation difficulties; 8. Expected difficult airway conditions such as: Mallampati classification = 3, Comack–Legane classification = III, etc.; 9. Congenital or Idiopathic methemoglobinemia.
