Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients with symptoms and signs of acute pulmonary embolism between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2017. aged = 18 years old. CTPA imaging examination was consistent with the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism. Pulmonary embolism was diagnosed by treated doctors in the electronic medical record system and recommended. Anticoagulant and / or thrombolytic therapy was given.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the recurrent symptoms of acute pulmonary embolism were included in the study except for the first attack, and the other episodes were not included in the study.lack of CTPA images, clinical parameters of PESI and no follow-up prognosis.
