Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) for the patients with silicon-oil eye complicated with cataract, the cornea was examined under the slit lamp, without obvious corneal edema, and the corrected visual acuity was >0.1; 2) patients with fixation function without amblyopia can be treated with ol-master examination; 3) fundus examination showed good retinal adhesion without obvious retinal stretch and proliferation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) performed scleral buckling at the same time before; 2) corrected vision acuity <0.1; 3) retinal detachment occurred again during observation 4) obvious relaxation or fracture of the suspensory ligament was observed after mydriasis;
